Το GastroPanel® quick test αποτελεί την επαναστατική επέκταση της μοναδικής εξέτασης Biohit GastroPanel®.
Το GastroPanel® quick test βασιζεται σε μέθοδο ανοσοδοκιμασίας που ανιχνεύει βιοδείκτες GastroPanel® (πεψινογόνο Ι, πεψινογόνο ΙΙ, γαστρίνη-17, αντισώματα έναντι του Helicobacter pylori) από δείγμα πλάσματος EDTA ή ολικό αίμα με δακτυλική παρακέντηση.
Το GastroPanel® quick test επιτρέπει τη διάγνωση πρώτης γραμμής των δυσπεπτικών ασθενών και τον έλεγχο τόσο των συμπτωματικών όσο και των ασυμπτωματικών ασθενών, ευκολότερα από ποτέ.
Ο επαγόμενος από H. pylori ή αυτοάνοσος τύπος ατροφικής γαστρίτιδας αυξάνει σημαντικά τον κίνδυνο εμφάνισης γαστρικού καρκίνου καθώς και εκτεταμένες διαταραχές όπως δυσαπορρόφηση της βιταμίνης Β12, του ασβεστίου, του σιδήρου, του ψευδαργύρου και του μαγνησίου.
Αποτελέσματα GastroPanel® quick test – i) λοίμωξη από ελικοβακτηρίδιο του πυλωρού, ii) ατροφική γαστρίτιδα ή iii) υψηλή παραγωγή οξέων, αποτελούν ενδέιξεις για γαστροσκόπηση και εξέταση βιοψίας.
